Curious about dragon boating? Join us at our Open Day and experience one of the world’s fastest-growing team water sports in a fun, supportive environment.

Dragon boating is more than just a sport - it’s an exciting way to build fitness, meet new people, and be part of a strong, welcoming community. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a team environment, or a unique outdoor activity, this program is the perfect place to start.

 When: Sunday– 16th August 2026
 Where: Manly Spider Park | Rose Bay
 Time: 11am - 1pm
 Cost: Absolutely free!
 Who: 10 years and older

What to expect:

• Introduction to dragon boating and equipment
• Basic paddling techniques and safety briefing
• A fun, inclusive atmosphere for all fitness levels

What to bring:

• Comfortable activewear you don’t mind getting wet
• Hat, sunscreen, and enclosed shoes (Crocs 🐊 OK)
• Positive attitude and team spirit!
